The Department of Management studies has successfully conducted a 3 days soft skill training for 1st Year MBA. The 3 days training program was fingered by Mr. Ajay Pradeep on 1st day and Mr. M. Dinesh on 2nd & 3rd day, from RUBICON sponsored by BARCLAYS. The session was very interactive and enlightening for the students. The session educated on developing the students personality, presentation skills, employability skills (like communication, decision making, problem solving, leadership & Team working). They were also trained on grooming up for interview, facilitating on resume building, corporate jargons, telephonic and mail etiquettes. The students had an opportunity to take on mock interviews and learn body language to be developed for personal round of interview
